This is Dr. Buttler here and I am a little puzzled about why conventional docs can not open there eyes wide enough to understand simple philosophies of health that can have profound affects on there patients. I would encourage you to read this article on why you should not be gluten free if you do not have Celiac disease.

With most of my patients I have them remove gluten from their diet while we are doing treatment because it affords the body an ability to focus on healing rather than metabolizing “nutritional burden” (which is what gluten is). We know that gluten can cause Celiac disease in certain individuals. I am of the opinion that what causes disease in one can cause disease is all. We apply this to other things we put in our body such as tobacco and alcohol. Certain foods can provide the same consequence as well.
