Another great article and topic by Dr. Mercola and his team. GMO’s (genetically modified organisms) are becoming a serious problem in our current food supply. It is unknown what exactly the long term affect GMO’s can have on the health of our bodies and our planet. I would encourage you all to take the time to educate yourself as a consumer so you can make better decisions for yourself and your loved ones. Being that I have a 1 year old (Irie) and another baby on the way, I can tell you that every time to I make a nutritional decision, it is one based on health and not on convience.
