  1. Stop worrying, everything is going to be ok!
  2. Move, not just your body but your blood and lymphatic fluid.
  3. Eat what nature made, not man.
  4. Put cold water on your body for 30 seconds per day.
  5. Breathe consciously through the day.
  6. Drink water, only water.
  7. Sleep, before 10pm, for at least 8 hrs.
  8. Do not take suppressive medications (RX and OTC)
  9. Eat whole food every 2 hours
  10. Stop worrying, everything is going to be OK!
