*Only drink room temperature water. Your body has to heat up cold water wasting your body’s resources.
*Use healthy hygiene products. If you would not put it in your body, do not put it on your body. Here are the companies that Dr. Buttler recommends- Dr. Bronners for soap and cleaning. Dr. Hauska for make up and beauty. Aubrey Organics for lotions and beauty, Burt’s Bees for hygiene, Herbal Magic for deodorant.
*Use your none dominant hand as often as possible. One of the single best ways to prevent neurologic disease (Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, etc..). Start with eating and then move to throwing. A great way to improve neurologic function.
*Smile at yourself in the mirror once per day and tell your self “I love you”. People do not value what they have to offer in this life. Loving and accepting yourself is the first step to healing.
*Stretch on a daily basis, even if you only stretch one muscle. Stretching has been shown to be one of the best facilitators of longevity and health. Stretching increases blood and lymphatic flow in your body. This reduces inflammation and improves detoxification.
*The single most important H.E.A.L.T.H guideline is that you believe in your capabilities as a physical and spiritual being. People have this concept that your health gets worse as you age. We are literally designed to improve as we age. Unfortunately in our culture through our dealings with stress and toxicity, we create degenerative environments that break us down rather than build us up. There is an energy within you that wants to thrive. Believe in that energy and take actions to support it and it will support you.
